冷轧301L不锈钢板残余应力的数值模拟 被引量:4

摘要 冷轧301L不锈钢板中纵向残余应力的分布是影响板形质量的重要因素之一,而数值模拟是研究其分布特征的主要手段,文章以Lagrange弹塑性变形理论为基础,通过ABAQUS软件建立301L不锈钢板冷轧过程的有限元模型并赋于材料属性,根据实际轧制工艺参数定义接触、施加载荷与边界条件,在压下率为19%,前后张力分别为115、70 MPa,在不同的摩擦系数和冷轧速度下对钢板单道次轧制过程进行数值模拟.模拟结果表明:当速度一定,摩擦系数为0.08时,冷轧后301L不锈钢板沿板宽方向纵向残余应力分布均匀,板形及其表面质量优良;当摩擦系数一定,速度为1 m/s时,冷轧后301L不锈钢板沿板宽方向纵向残余应力分布均匀,板形及其表面质量优良. The distribution of longitudinal residual stress in cold-rolled 301L stainless steel plate is one of the important factors affecting the shape quality of the plate. Numerical simulation is the main method to study the distribution characteristics. Based on Lagrange elastoplastic deformation theory, a finite element model is established for the rolling process of 301L with software. ABAQUS and the attribution of the material is given. According to the actual rolling process parameters, the contact and applied loads and boundary conditions are defined. When the reduction ratio of the rolled plate is 19%, the front and rear tensions are 115 MPa and 70 MPa, respectively. Numerical simulation of single-pass rolling process of steel plate is conducted under different friction coefficients and rolling speeds. The simulation result shows that when the rolling speed is constant and the friction coefficient is 0.08, the longitudinal residual stress distribution of the 301L stainless steel plate along the lateral direction will be uniform after rolling and the quality shape of the plate and its surface will be excellent. When the friction coefficient is constant and the rolling speed is 1 m/s, the longitudinal residual stress distribution of the 301L stainless steel plate along the lateral direction of the plate will be uniform, also after rolling and the quality of shape of plate and its surface will be excellent.
