儿童肝移植后并发肠瘘三例
摘要
肠瘘是严重影响儿童肝移植预后的并发症之一。笔者回顾分析本院3例肝移植后并发肠瘘患儿的临床资料．报告如下。例1男，年龄为5个月，原发病为先天性胆道闭锁，儿童终末期肝病评分为35分，Child-Pugh评分为12分，血胆红素总量为589．2μmol／L．白蛋白为21.7g／L。
