摘要
企业文化和企业制度之间存在着互动耦合的关系。企业文化和企业制度具有一定的重合性,同时,企业文化和企业制度之间又相互渗透、相互融合、相互促进。建立和谐企业管理秩序的路径是,既要对企业制度不断优化和完善,又要充分发挥企业文化的诱导功能,并能保证这两种管理机制间的系统性耦合,亦即用"人之计划"的思路建立创生的秩序,通过"人之行动"的结果获得自生的秩序,再把创生秩序和自生秩序进行有机整合,以实现和谐企业管理中的完整秩序。
There exists the relation of interactive coupling between enterprise culture and enterprise system. There is the phenomenon of coincidence between enterprise culture and enterprise system; at the same time they will inter-infiltrate, inter- integrate and inter-promote. The way to formulate and form the harmonious enterprise management system is not only to continuously optimize and perfect the system, but also to give full play to the role enterprise culture in guiding and guarantee the interactive coupling between them.
