摘要
系统研究了Pb(Ⅱ ) -KI -罗丹明B显色体系在石蜡相中的显色反应。在硫酸介质中 ,石蜡能定量吸附此离子缔合物 ,铅量在 0~ 10 μg/2 5mL范围内符合比尔定律 ,线性回归方程为 y =0 .0 4 3x +0 .0 83,相关系数r=0 .9910 ,方法应用于实际样品中痕量铅的测定 ,结果满意。
Pb(Ⅱ)-KI-rhodamin B colour reaction in paraffin phase has been studied.In the medium of sufuric acid,the ion associates can be quantitatively absorbed with paraffin.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 10 μg/25 mL of lead.The linear regression equation is y=0.043x+0.083,the relative coefficient r=0.991 0.The method has been applied to the determination of trace lead in actual sample with satisfactory results.
