摘要
在酸性条件下(pH 5),利用阳离子交换树脂-丁二酮肟-碘-钴四元体系,在454 nm处具有最大吸收,确定了借助薄层树脂相光度法测定钴的新方法。本法灵敏度高(4ε54=1.7×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1),比水相光度法提高14倍,精密度高(测定2.0μg/mL Co(Ⅱ)6次,RSD=1.3%),选择性好。实测天然水中钴,线性范围0.024-2.0μg/mL,检出限10.4 ng/mL。
A quatemion association complex system which was formed by HDMG, iodide, Co( Ⅱ) and 717 strong alkalious anion exchange resin, has the largest absorbance at the wavelength of 454 nm. With the quatemion association complex system, the sensitivity was 14 times higher uhan that of the ternary association complex of HDMG, iodide and Co( Ⅱ ) in water solution, based on the increase of the complex molecular sectional area and the pelectron free space of the Co complex in the resin phase. This increase also changed the largest absorbance wavelength from 442 nm (in water solution) to 454 nm (in resin phase). The RSD of the method was 1.3% (n =6) for 2.0μg/mL. The developed method was applied to the determination of trace Cobalt in surface water, the linear range of 0. 024 - 2.0 μg/mL and detection limited of 10.4 ng/mL was achieved.
