摘要
研究了以PAN为显色剂固相光度法测定环境水样中痕量钴的新方法。在pH=5.0条件下直接在固相于最大吸收波长630 nm处测量,钴含量在0~800μg/L范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数可达7.4×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),可应用于环境水样中痕量钴的测定,结果令人满意。
A new method for the determination of trace cobalt by solid Phase Spectrophotometry has been studied. Co ( Ⅱ ) ion reacts with PAN, a stable complex compound was formed. Then it is enriched on a cation exchange resin. The absorbance of resin - phase is determined at wave length 630nm, pH = 5.0. Beers law is obeyed in the range of 0 -800μg/L, The apparent molar absorptivites is e =7.4 × 10^5L · mol^-1· cm^-1. This method has been applied to determination of cobalt in environment water sample with satisfactory results.
