摘要
京隆发电公司脱硫系统运行过程中经常发生GGH换热元件结垢和堵塞现象,分析了GGH结垢和堵塞的原因,主要包括除雾器除雾效率差;脱硫系统水平衡设计不合理;除雾器冲洗水系统故障、设计不当或冲洗不足;吸收塔补充石灰石浆液量过大;GGH换热元件波形板或GGH换热面高度设计不合理;吹灰系统设计不合理;氧化风量不足;吸收塔液位长时间保持在高液位、消泡剂添加不足;燃煤硫分的变化及吸收剂品质不好等。提出了防治措施,较好地解决了GGH换热元件结垢和堵塞的问题。
The operation process of the GGH heat exchanger components of flue gas desulfurization (FGD) sys- tem usually causes demisting precipitator scale and jam phenomenon in power plants. The main reasons of which are as analyzed. First,the poor corrugated plate type makes the rate of gas flow too high or too low ,which reduces the demisting efficiency. Second ,the desulfurization system water balance is of poor design ,cant relia- ble flush demisting precipitator. Third,demisting precipitator flush water system frequent breakdowns,inappropri- ate rinse program or insufficient rinse. Fourth, adding too much limestone slurry to the absorption tower makes serum sticky,which is much easier to cause the demisting precipitator blocked. Fifth, the layout of GGH heat wave components board is compact, easy to scaling. Sixth, quality of steam blowing is insuficient0 sweep fre- quency is insuficient. Seventh, oxidation air volume is insufficient, the generated Calcium sulfite blocks the demis- ting precipitator. Eighth, the high level of absorber liquid and insufficient defoaming agent adding increases the mechanical burden. Ninth ,the sulfur content in the burning coal is far higher than that of the designing coal. For these reasons,the solutions are mentioned. Jinglong Power Plant has made great improvement on the transfor- mation of GGH in solving the problems of scaling and jams.
