摘要
湿法烟气脱硫装置烟气换热器由于运行环境恶劣,烟气中的SO3对设备造成腐蚀或堵塞,严重影响脱硫装置的寿命。介绍管式换热器的腐蚀状况及对烟气脱硫装置安全运行的影响。通过对华能珞璜电厂石灰石—石膏湿法烟气脱硫装置GGH(气—(液)—气换热器)系统设备及其腐蚀环境的分析,结合华能珞璜电厂10多年来的设备改造情况及防腐蚀的实践经验,提出采用耐腐蚀性能较好的材料制作换热器管束,改善GGH腐蚀环境(减少烟气中SO3、粉尘含量),降低烟气湿度等防腐措施。
The operation condition of wet FGD (flue gas desulphurization) for GGH (gas-liquid-gas heat exchanger) gets even worse with the corrosion, pollution and blockage resulted from SO3, besides, the operation life of FGD equipment has been reduced greatly. This paper discussed the corrosion problem on pipe type heat exchanger and its effect on the safe operation of FGD equipment. Based on the discussion of GGH's corrosion due to the limestone-gypsum wet FGD in LuoHuang Power Plant, this paper analyzed the possible causes and proposed a countermeasure for the corrosion problems. The material with better anti-corrosion performance was suggested to be made into the pipe plates of heat exchanger, in addition, the corrosion environment of GGH should be improved and the humidity of gas shouht be reduced as well.
