摘要
同批断乳两周的Wistar雄性大鼠 59只 ,随机分为 3个组 ,用同一病家的高岭土拌煤烘干与柴烘玉米加入配合饲料喂养。饲料含氟、铝 3 9× 10 - 6 ,12 4× 10 - 6 ;10 7× 10 - 6 ,4 0 4×10 - 6 ;2 12 ,6 6 8× 10 - 6 。实验 11、 2 0周分两批股动脉放血处死。检测了大鼠骨、脑、血、尿中多种元素。结果表明 ,血清钙一直较高 ,磷降低。实验 11周 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组骨氟分别增高 6、 10倍 ,尿氟增高 4、 6倍 ;骨、脑、全血铝均随摄氟、铝量的增多而递减 ,尿铝递增。尿中其它元素多一直减少。骨中金属元素随骨铝的递减而递减。Ⅱ组全血锌显著下降。实验 2 0周 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组骨氟是Ⅰ组的 3 5和 8 2倍 ,为实验 11周时的 58 1%和 80 7% ;尿氟是 1 4和 3倍。骨、脑铝随氟、铝摄入量的递增而递增 ,骨中金属元素含量也随之递增 ,骨磷降低。全血磷递增 ,锌均升高。本实验多元素含量由低向高变化的逆反过程与骨软化向硬化的病理转换相吻合 ;铝和氟彼此可影响对方的体内过程和在骨骼中的蓄积并引起多元素含量和相关性的显著变化。提示消化道内源性无机盐排泄过多 ;低龄动物的骨、脑对铝有排斥反应 。
male wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups 2 weeks after weaning The food of treated groups was added with corn dried by mixture of coal and Gaolin soil from patients family, and that of control groups with corn dried by wood The F and A1 content in food of the 3 groups were 3 9×10 -6 and 12 4×10 -6 ,107×10 -6 and 40 4 ×10 -6 ,212×10 -6 and 66 8×10 -6 respectively The rats were killed and elements in blood, bone, brain, and urine were determined at the 11th and 20th week after the experiment began The results showed that serum Ca kept a high level from the beginning till the end and the serum P decreased At the 11th week, in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ,bone F increased by 6 and 10 times,urine F increased by 4 and 6 times,Al content in bone,brain and blood decreased along with the increase of intake of F and Al. Urine Al decreased progressively. In all groups,other elements kept on decreasing. Other metal elements in bone decreased as bone Al decreased. Blood Zn of group Ⅱ reduced markedly At the 20th week, bone F of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ was 3 5 and 8 2 times as much of that of group Ⅰ and urine F 1 4 and 3 times.Bone Al,brain Al as well as bone metal elements increased along with the increasing of F and A1 taken in , but bone P decreased Blood P and Zn increased The coincidence of the reverse course of poly-element content from lower to higher level and the pathological reverse change of bone from osteomalacia to osteopetrosis F and A1 could influence each other in the metabolism and accumulation in bone which cause signifficant changes of correlativity, and the content of poly-elements, which suggest that endogenous inorganic salts were excreted too much in digestion tract, and young animal body can reject A1,but will show the symptom of A1 harm
