基于台架试验的座椅轻量化研究 被引量:1

摘要 首先根据座椅试验要求对座椅进行强度试验。然后根据有限元分析的标准,对动车组座椅建立有限元模型。根据企业要求和试验规范,利用有限元法对动车组三人座椅进行结构强度分析,并根据有限元分析结果,提出座椅的轻量化改进方案。最后通过轻量化前后的对比发现,轻量化后的座椅骨架总重量约减轻2.89kg,轻量化效果明显。 Firstly, the seat strength is tested according to the requirement of seat experiment. Secondly,the FEA model of the seat is built . According to requirement of factory and experiment, the strength of three-people seat is analyzed with Finite Element Method( FEM ). The improvement program of lightweight is put forward by the result of FEA. Compared the program of hghtweight before and after,the weight of the seat light 2.89 kilogram and the lightweight effect is significant.
