Structural Analysis and Optimal Design of Three-passenger Seat Under-frame in the Motor Train Set

摘要 文章介绍了动车组3人座椅底架的结构,构建了座椅底架的力学模型,通过结构极大正弯矩和极大负弯矩值相等的原则初步确立支撑点位置。考虑到强度和挠度条件,以底架纵梁的截面面积为目标函数,采用优化设计的方法,找到满足挠度和强度要求的最佳截面。同时对圆环形截面与已有结果对比显示,其截面尺寸缩小了12%,所用材料量减少了12%。 With an introduction of the structure of three-passenger seat under-frame in the motor train unit,this paper constructs the mechanical model and locates the supporting points by using the principle of equating the maximum moment with the minimum moment.Considering the strength and deformation condition,the area of the longitudinal beam′s cross section is treated as the object function.By using the method of optimal design,the optimal cross section is found which satisfies the deflection and the strength condition.For circular ring section,compared with the results got,the cross section′s dimension decreases by 12%,and the material used 12%.
