摘要
采用无卡轴旋切技术对尾巨桉原木生产单板进行了试验研究,结果表明:在径级范围为7-18cm时,相对尖削度随径级增加先减小后增加,并在径级为10-14cm左右时,相对尖削度达到最小;原木径级和相对尖削度对树皮损失和单板出材率影响都呈现极显著差异(Sig〈0.05)的影响;树皮材积损失率在22.81%-32.04%之间,单板综合出材率在51.14%-67.18%之间,木芯和废碎板占原木材积的比率在8.76%-21.02%之间;原木径级在12cm左右时,树皮材积损失率降至最低值的22.81%,I级单板出材率以及单板综合出材率达到最大值,分别为42.96%和67.18%,因此用于单板旋切的桉树在径级为12cm左右进行采伐会产生较好的经济效益。
Eucalyptus(Eucalyptus urophylla×grandis) Veneer cutting experiments were conducted with spindle-less lathes in a plywood factory,and comprehensive statistical data were analyzed.The results showed that the relative taper decreased firstly and then increased with the increasing of log’s diameter.When the logs’ diameter was in the range of 10~14cm,the relative taper was the least;Both the log’s diameter and the relative taper had a significant influence on the bark’s losses’s ratio and veneer recovery;The bark volume losses’ ratio was between 22.81% and 32.04%,the veneer comprehensive recovery ratio was between 51.14% and 67.18%,the percentage of the wood core’s and waste veneer’s volume ratio was between 8.76% and 21.02%;When the log’s diameter is around 12cm,the bark losses’ ratio decreased to a minimum value of 22.81%,and high grade veneer recovery ratio and veneer comprehensive recovery ratio increased to a maximum value of 42.96% and 67.18% respectively,so the economic benefits will be better if the logs for veneer usage word be cut with the diameter at around 12cm.
