摘要
为了克服机械式旋切机控制精度低、原材料浪费严重等缺点,进行了柔性数控旋切系统的研究。该系统首次将运动控制卡应用于旋切机的控制系统,不仅简化了旋切机的结构,而且进刀精确,运动平稳,木芯直径减小到15mm左右,大大提高了单板的旋切质量和木材的利用率。
Research on the flexible NC system for veneer lathe to overcome the defaults of mechanical veneer lathe which has lower controlling precision and serious waste of raw materials.Motion control card is used in the controlling system of veneer lathe for the first time.It can not only simplify the structure of the veneer lathe,but also guarantee the precision feed and the smooth movement.And it can increase the utilization of wood greatly by reducing the wood core diameter to 15mm.
