组织公平与员工绩效:基于商业银行的实证分析 被引量:6

摘要 组织公平感能够通过影响员工的态度与行为进而影响员工的绩效。基于商业银行的实证分析显示,组织公平对员工绩效、任务绩效及周边绩效具有显著正向影响,其中分配公平、程序公平及互动公平对员工绩效、任务绩效及周边绩效都具有显著正向影响,且三者对员工绩效、任务绩效及周边绩效的影响效果差别不大。因此,应通过建立完善的绩效管理体系和薪酬体系,营造公平的组织文化氛围,提升组织的软实力。
