摘要
对KOH熔融法从石菖蒲挥发油 (以下简称挥发油 )制备α 细辛醚的工艺过程进行了研究。结果表明 :在使用低的碱用量、产物重结晶前不经无水硫酸钠脱除残余水分的条件下 ,挥发油的转化率可达 60 %,α 细辛醚的一次得率可达 33%。优化的工艺条件为 :m(KOH)∶m(挥发油 ) =1 5∶1 0 ;V(挥发油 )∶V(无水乙醇 ) =1∶1 ;油层温度 1 2 0~ 1 45℃ ;反应时间 30~ 60min。
The preparation of α asarone from volatile oil of grassleaf sweetflag rhizome via alkali fusion was investigated.The results showed that 60% conversion of volatile oil and 33% yield of α asarone could be attained using low alkali amount and without dehydration before recrystallization . The optimized preparation parameters were as follows:m(KOH)∶m(volatile oil of grassleaf sweelflag rhizome)=1 5∶1 0;V(volatile oil of grassleaf sweelflag rhizome)∶V(alcohol)=1∶1;oil layer temperature:120~145 ℃;reaction time:30~60 min.
