摘要
研究了在0~2℃低温条件下,1-MCP保鲜剂和ClO2防腐剂两者协同作用对魁金杏果实贮藏期和货架期品质影响。结果表明,1-MCP+ClO2处理能够降低魁金杏果实腐烂率,延缓衰老,延长贮藏保鲜期和货架期。
The author studied the effects of the application of 1 - MCP antistaling agent or CIO2 preservative and their combined application at 0 - 2 ℃ low temperature on the storage quality and shelflife quality of Prunus armeniaca ' Kuijin' fruits. The results showed that the combined application of 1 - MCP and ClO2 could reduce the rot rate, postpone the caducity, and prolong the preservation period and shelf life of ' Kuijin' fruits.
