摘要
当前高师音乐教育中存在培养目标偏执、教育理念滞后、课程设置失衡、教育方式单一以及师资力量薄弱等流弊,致使教学质量大幅度滑坡,难以适应社会对高师音乐教育的诉求。要扭转与摆脱这种困境,需精准定位教育目标,倡导并培育全面性、综合性与发展性的音乐师资;摒弃陈旧教育理念,彰显音乐教学的人本价值取向;优化课程结构,构建整合的音乐教材体系;探索多元、多样的教学方法,激发学生音乐学习的兴趣和探究愿望;加强师资队伍建设,提升教师专业化发展水平。
There are many deficiencies that cause teaching quality declining drastically which makes it diffi- cult to meet social needs, such as too subjective and unilateral objectives, outmoded educational ideas, an unbalanced curriculum, unitary educational modes and insufficient qualified teachers. Ways out of the a- bove predicament are as follows: to reset educational goals towards cultivating all--around developed mu- sic educators; to forsake outmoded educational ideas so as to exhibit the humanistic approach of music ed- ucation; to optimize the curriculum to develop a comprehensive teaching materials; to explore multiple teaching methods to stimulate students' interests in learning and inquiring music; to pay more attention to the quality of teaching staff and facilitate their professional development.
