髋臼盂唇撕裂合并前内侧盂缘囊肿的关节镜诊治:一例报告并文献回顾 被引量：1

摘要 髋臼盂唇撕裂是引起髋痛的常见原因,既往由于诊疗技术所限而难以全面认识,因此未受到足够的重视。MRI和关节镜技术的发展,在使髋关节疾病诊治水平得到极大提高的同时,对盂唇撕裂的认识也更为深入[1]。盂唇撕裂多因创伤所致,常见机制为屈髋合并内、外旋活动时,盂唇和股骨头颈部接触甚至撞击,导致局部过度负荷并超过盂唇的力学强度,继而引起撕裂[1-2]。
