摘要
目的比较传统手术与关节镜下腘窝囊肿开窗内引流手术的治疗效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月本院收治的40例腘窝囊肿患者作为研究对象,依据手术方式的不同分为关节镜组和传统组,每组20例。传统组行传统开放手术,关节镜组采用关节镜下腘窝囊肿开窗内引流术,比较两组手术时间、切口长度、住院时间、术中出血量及不同时间疼痛程度。结果关节镜组手术时间、切开长度、住院时间均明显短于传统组,术中出血量明显少于传统组(P<0.05)。术前,两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义,术后24 h、72 h、1周,关节镜组VAS评分均低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下腘窝囊肿开窗内引流术治疗腘窝囊肿效果显著,可降低患者术后感染的风险,减轻患者术后疼痛,利于患者术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the effect of traditional surgery and popliteal cyst open-window drainage.Methods 40 patients with popliteal cysts admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into arthroscopy group and traditional group according to different surgical methods,with 20 cases in each group.The traditional group underwent traditional open surgery,and the arthroscopy group underwent arthroscopy popliteal open-window drainage.The operation time,incision length,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss,and pain degree at different times were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,incision length and hospitalization time in the arthroscopy group were significantly shorter than those in the traditional group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than the traditional group(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups.At 24 h,72 h,and 1 week after operation,the VAS score of the arthroscopy group were lower than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Popliteal cyst open-window drainage is effective in the treatment of popliteal cysts,which can reduce the risk of postoperative infections,reduce postoperative pain,and help patients recover after surgery.It is worthy of clinical application.
