互联网经济下特殊产品经销协议的集体豁免规则被引量：1

摘要集体豁免制度可以平衡经济政策与竞争政策、公平执法与效率执法之间冲突,对反垄断执法机关处理特殊产品经销协议类案件具有重要意义。在构建我国特殊产品经销协议集体豁免规则的过程中,必须在借鉴吸收欧盟集体豁免规则和美国经销协议类案件判决规则的同时,将互联网经济可能带来的新的竞争问题纳入规则考虑范围,准确界定集体豁免适用范围和适用条件,确保规则应有效用的发挥。
