摘要
介绍了立达A1 /2型抓棉机的结构、性能 ,提出了A1 /2型抓棉机理想抓棉模式 ,认为抓棉深度、打手刀片伸出肋条距离、抓齿切入角、打手速度和刀片其他工艺参数是影响精细抓棉效果的主要技术参数 ,并对各主要参数进行了优选试验。
This paper introduced the structure and the performance of Riter A1/2 automatic bale opening machine,put forward the theory model of bale opening for it,and considered that,the main technical parameters influencing on minute bale opening were the depth of bale opening,the distance of beater blade stretching out the rib,the tangent angle of grab teeth,speed of beater and some other parameters of blade,otherwise,the writer made the optimum test on main technical parameters.
