摘要
为了寻求立达A1 2型自动抓棉机的最佳工艺参数 ,提高产品质量 ,通过对该机主要性能的分析和重要工艺参数与半制品质量对比试验得出 :抓棉臂往复运动速度 ;打手刀片伸出肋条的距离 ;打手速度和抓棉深度是影响质量的主要因素。试验分析表明 :抓棉臂往复速度为 8.7m min ;打手刀片伸出肋条 2mm ;打手转速1 335r min ;抓棉深度 2mm时工艺效果最好。
In order to explore the best processing parameters on Rieter A1/2 automatic bale plucker and to develop the product quality,this paper analysed the main performances of this type bale plucker and compared the important processing parameters with the quality of semi-finished products by tests,the results showed that,the main influencing factors on quality were reciprocal motion speed of bale plucker arm,the distance of beater blade stretching the grate,the speed of beater and the depth of open bale cotton,and the analyses n the results showed that,when Reciprocal Motion Speed of Bale Plucker Arm was 8.7 m/min,the Distance of Beater Blade Stretching the Grate was 2.0 mm,the Beater Speed was 13 350 r/min and the Open Bale Cotton Depth was 2 mm,the processing effect was the best.
