摘要
为了改进圆盘式抓棉机抓棉深度的控制方式,在总结已有的两种圆盘式抓棉深度控制方式的基础上,设计了完全以时间继电器控制抓棉深度的方法,介绍了改造的原理、时间继电器的选择及线路连接方法,并在实际生产中得到验证,证明改造后提高了抓棉深度的控制精度,减少了设备的故障点。
To improve control way of picking depth of disk plucker, method of control picking depth by time relay was designed on the base of summarizing picking depth control way of disk plucker, innovation principle, time relay and circuit choice was introduced, and certificated in practice, the practice shows that innovation can enhance picking depth control accuracy and reduce equipment fault.
