摘要
介绍了应用定向倾倒爆破技术拆除发电厂内的1座高大薄壁钢筋混凝土结构的冷却塔工程。针对冷却塔重心低,径高比大、底部直径较大,且周围环境复杂等问题,通过采用大切口、预先开设定向窗的爆破方案,采用簇联与四通复式连接网路相结合的高可靠度的非电延时起爆网路,采用可靠的安全防护措施,使得爆破定向准确、控制安全、塔体爆破后解体块度也取得较好的效果。
A high thin-wall hyperbolic reirfforeed concrete cooling tower in the power plant was demolished with directional collapsing technology. Due to the low gravity center,large diameter-height ratio and base diameter and the complex surroundings,the large size cuts and pre-cutting of directional windows scheme were adopted. The reliable non-electric time-delay initiation network combined with group units was applied. Based on the safety measures, good blasting quality was achieved in practice.
