摘要
采用控制爆破技术拆除高大薄壁筒式结构时,爆破切口的形状和大小是决定筒体结构能否按设计顺利倒塌、不发生后坐或偏移现象、保证拆除质量和爆破安全的核心与关键。本文以薄壁双曲线冷却塔拆除爆破为例,通过对切口长度、高度等参数进行理论分析,合理选取切口大小,成功地拆除了两座钢筋混凝土冷却塔,为工程实践提供了理论依据和经验参考。
Using the controlled demolition technology a big thin wall barrel structure is demolished.It is controlled by the shape and size of the cut to be formed through demolition blasting whether the barrel structure will collapse smoothly or cause recoiling and deflection.So the parameters of the cut become the key factor for guarantee of the quality and security of the demolition blasting practice.This paper presented a successful demolition of two reinforced concrete cooling towers in terms of the discussion and analysis of the parameters like the cut length,height and the cut size by taking the demolition of a thin wall hyperbolic curve cooling tower as an example.The theory and experience achieved could be referred by similar practices.
