摘要 近年来,电厂针对双曲线型冷却塔的爆破拆除例子较多,但在爆破技术和安全措施方面仍有待完善。以2座100m高双曲线型钢筋混凝土冷却塔定向控制爆破拆除为例,在分析冷却塔结构特点的基础上,从倒塌方向、爆破缺口、炮孔布置、药量确定、起爆网路等方面介绍了控制爆破时采取的技术方案和预处理措施;并针对控制爆破过程中可能产生的爆破有害效应制定了针对性的安全措施,如飞石防护、震动控制等。爆破最终取得了圆满成功,为类似工程实践提供经验借鉴。 Abstract: In recent years, the examples of the power plant for hyperbolic cooling tower demolition is more, but the blasting technology and safety measures have to be perfected. Taking two lOOm high reinforced concrete hyperbolic cooling tower directional controlled blasting as example, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the cooling tower structure, this paper introduces the technical solutions and pretreatment measures of controlled blasting from the collapse direction, blasting gap, hole layout, the blasting network, etc., and make targeted security measures for deleterious effects in controlled blasting process, such as flying stone protection, vibration control. The blasting ultimately made a success, so as to provide reference for similar projects.
