摘要
通过不同盐分和盐浓度处理下存活率、生物量、叶绿素和保护酶活性的变化,研究了盐碱胁迫对罗布麻的生长和生理指标的影响,以及罗布麻的耐盐范围和耐盐机理。结果表明,在400 mmol/L单盐(NaCl)胁迫下,罗布麻死亡,其余处理成活率100%,说明单盐毒害对罗布麻的影响大于其他盐碱胁迫。盐胁迫下,罗布麻的生物量降低,低浓度盐促进根系有机物积累,高浓度盐则使有机物向地上部积累。低浓度的不同盐分胁迫下叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总量均高于对照,高浓度则降低;不同盐分、时间、浓度的处理差异极显著(P<0.01)。不同时间、浓度、盐分处理下,罗布麻体内类胡萝卜素含量和SOD活性差异均极显著(P<0.01)。高浓度单盐(NaCl)处理对罗布麻的影响明显大于其他处理,不同盐分、时间、浓度对罗布麻的盐害机理不一致。
The effects of saline - alkali stress on growth and physiological indicators of Apocynum lancifo- lium Rus. were studied through analyzing the change of survival rate, biomass, chlorophyll content and activi- ties of protective enzymes under different kinds and different concentrations of salts. The results showed that all Apocynum lancifolium were dead under 400 mmol/L NaC1 stress, but the survival rate was 100% under the other treatments, which suggested that the effect of single salt stress was more serious than the other saline - alkali stress. Salt stress decreased the biomass of A. lancifolium, and lower salt stress promoted the organic ac- cumulation in root, while higher salt stress promoted the accumulation in aerial part. The contents of Chl a, Chl b and total chlorophyll were higher than those of CK under different salt stress with lower concentration, but they declined at higher salt concentration ; the differences of them among different time, salts and concen- trations was very significantly. The activity of SOD and carotenoid content were significantly different (P 〈 0. 01 ). All things considered, the effects of single salt stress on Apocynum lancifolium was more serious than other saline - alkali stresses, so the mechanism of salt injuries on A. lancifolium was different.
