摘要
以胡麻为供试材料,用不同浓度的碳酸钠(Na2CO3)对胡麻幼苗进行灌根处理,研究碳酸钠(Na2CO3)对胡麻幼苗生长及叶绿素含量、丙二醛、可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明,随着碳酸钠(Na2CO3)浓度的增加,胡麻幼苗茎长、茎鲜重、根鲜重受抑制程度增加,分别在浓度浓度100 mg/L、150 mg/L以上,与对照相比差异显著,且碳酸钠对胡麻株高的抑制要高于根长;叶片中的叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖含量随碳酸钠浓度增加而增加。试验表明碳酸钠(Na2CO3)对胡麻幼苗的生长有着显著的影响。
This paper studied the influence when filling the Na2 CO3 on the linseed’ s root.Morphological and physiological indicators of the Linseed with different Na2 co3 density were determined and analyzed, such as the plant height, root length, Root height, the lerate of level of chlorophyll, MDA, soluble sugar, and so on.The results indicated that, with Na2 co3 (100 mg/L) , linseed’ s growth was significantly suppressed.
