摘要
面对网络电子交易中,各种诈骗信息层出不穷,交易风险越来越大。为了保证网络交易的安全,促进电子商务的快速发展。提出了支持向量机的电子商务交易风险预测方法。支持向量机可以利用电子商务完成交易过程中积累的各项有效数据,对未来的数据进行预测,准确评估在未来交易中,不同等级客户面临的交易风险。通过实验对提出的电子商务预测风险方法进行校验表明:该方法能够对不同的网络交易行为安全性进行较好的预测,预测精度较高,克服传统方法的缺陷,更适合当前的网络交易行为。
Face the network electronic transactions, all kinds of fraud information emerge in endlessly, trade risk is more and more big. In order to guarantee the safety of network transactions, and promote the rapid development of electronic commerce. Put forward the support vector machine （SVM） method to predict the risk of e-commerce transactions. Support vector machine complete the transaction process of accumulating the various valid data, to the future data to carry on the forecast, accurate evaluation of the future in trading, the different levels of clients face business risk. Through the experiment on a proposed electronic business risk prediction method for calibration show that the method is capable of different network transactions safety for good prediction, the forecasting accuracy is higher, overcome the defects of the traditional method, and more suitable for the current network transactions.
