NO、CO和H_2S与缺血性脑损伤关系研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 20世纪80年代以后学者相继发现动物和人体内也存在一定浓度的一氧化氮(N0)、一氧化碳(CO)和硫化氢(H2S)等气体。这些气体分子可由生物体自身合成,均具有神经递质和调质作用,它们的生物作用有所不同,但可以单独或者联合的形式,在多个系统及其多种疾病的生理及病理过程中起调节作用。它们的产生及传感机制引起了学者的兴趣。
