短暂脑缺血发作内源性H_2S及CBS检测的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨短暂脑缺血发作(TIA)患者血清内源性硫化氢(H2S)表达水平及胱硫醚-γ-合酶(CBS)活性的变化及临床意义。方法采集60名TIA患者空腹静脉血标本,采用敏感硫电极法测定H2S血清浓度,采用Elisa试剂盒测定CBS活性,与30例健康成年人所测结果进行比较,并对不同预后的患者血清H2S表达水平及CBS活性进行对比分析。结果健康成人外周血内源性H2S表达水平及CBS活性低于TIA患者(P<0.05),在TAT患者中,进展为脑梗死患者外周血内源性H2S表达水平及CBS活性高于未进展为脑梗死的患者(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论TIA患者早期即可出现内源性H2S表达水平异常,CBS活性改变,内源性H2S较早地预测、估计TIA演变趋势,对估计病情,预测预后具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the significance of contents of Endogenous Hydrogen Sulfide ( H2S) and Cystathionine-β-synthase (CBS) in serum on TIA. Methods After collect blood samples from 60 TIA patients and 30 healthy adults, we analyze the differences of the concentration of H2 S and activity of CBS in serum between health and TIA patients, and those among patients with different prognosis. Results The concentration of H2S in serum was 35.4umol/L in healthy adults and 38.9umol/L in TIA patients, the activity of CBS in serum of healthy adults ( 1.61 umol/min/mg) was lower than TIA patients ( 1.96umol/min/mg). The concentration of H2S in surum was 36. 2umol/L in fully recovered patients and 40. 0umol/L in aggravated patients, the activity of CBS in serum was 1.81 umol/min/mg in fully recovered patients and 2. 19umol/min/mg in aggravated patients〉Conclusion The concentration of H2S and activity of CBS in serum would change in early stage of TIA, and the change of H2S can forecast the development of TIA, and is helpful to evaluate and forecast prognosis.
