摘要
面向虚拟制造及仿真,以汽轮机叶片为例,研究带有自由曲面零件的快速建模及加工仿真。基于成组技术的思想,采用模块化的方法,将UGNX软件二次开发工具和VC++编程工具有机结合,研究开发以UGNX软件为平台的零件CAD/CAM可视化系统。对产品结构特征和数控加工工艺分析,以编程的方式实现对曲面自动建模,采用特征参数化技术实现对叶根和叶冠建模。研究结果表明其研究对曲面零件快速建模和数控编程具有工程参考价值,有利于企业的设计和制造的标准化、系列化及网络化。
Research on modeling and machining simulation for parts with free-form surface, such as steam turbine blades, is carried out.Based on group technology,CAD/CAM visualization system on the UG NX platform for parts is developed by UG/Open tool and VC++ by modular method.Structure characteristics and NC machining technique of the steam turbine blade are analyzed.The automatic modeling for free-form suface of blade is implemented by programming.Feature parametric design technology is used in the modeling for blade roots and blade heads.It is resulted that its research is of the reference for the study of engineering and conditions are provided to realize standardization,serialization, and network for enterprise.
