摘要 通过采用通道加工原理实现的螺旋加工方法成功解决了叶片螺旋加工中刀具与叶片橼板之间的干涉问题,讨论了确定走刀步长的保证条件,求证出相邻两刀具切触点法矢夹角与刀轴摆角之间的关系。结果表明,采用提出的方法能够有效解决叶根处的干涉问题,为提高叶片的加工效率找到了一种新的解决方案。 The interferences between tool and workpiece in the spiral machining of blade, were discussed. According to the channel machining theory, this paper developed a method for the spiral machining, which can avoid the interferences between tool and platform of the blade. How to adjust the size of the cut step was discussed, and it was deduced that the relationship between the normal included angles of the two cutter location points abutting each other and the tilt angles of the arbor. The results show that the methods proposed can avoid the interferences with the instances of blades that are machined by means of a 4-axis spiral milling machine. The efficiency can be increased, and the manufacture cost may be decreased greatly.
