摘要 首先分析了五轴NC加工中非线性误差的产生机制,推导出了非线性误差的分布规律。在此基础上提出了一种新的非线性误差补偿算法──自适应线性化方法。 Linear interpolation is normally used at present in five-axis NC machining,The surfacemust be resolved into line segments according to the tolerance given and the tool axis must bevaried with the variation of the normal vector of the surface. So,in a block,the cutter con-tact path is not the line segment previously given but a curve connecting two end points ofthe line segment.The difference between the curve and line segment is the non-linear errordue to the variation of tool axis. Such an error will be varied non-linearly and it is a maxi-mum near the midpoint of the segment.Based on an analysis of the forming mechanism andthe distribution of non-linear errors,a new compensation algorithm for the non-linear error,the adaptive linearization algorithm,is proposed.However,the linearization does not meanfining all the programs,but only for those segments that might be out-of tolerance.
