摘要
通过模拟准双曲面齿轮实际加工过程,分别讨论不同传动比时齿轮建模方法。通过在UGNX软件中建立准双曲面齿轮在不同加工方法下的实体模型,可简化准双曲面齿轮设计人员在进行齿轮分析前繁琐的建模过程并提高建模的精度。
Two kinds of gear modeling methods under different transmission ratio were discussed by simulating the actual hypoid gears machining process. Using UG NX software, the hypoid gear solid models were set up under different processing methods. Using the two modeling methods given in this paper, the complicated modeling process can be simplified and the modeling precision is improved.
