摘要
目的:探讨医学生学习人际沟通课程的重要性及效果。方法:以广州医学院从化学院289名学生为研究对象,采用《交谈沟通能力自我评价》量表对学生进行问卷调查,运用检验和t检验比较课程开设前后学生沟通能力得分及优良率。结果:开设人际沟通课程后,学生的沟通能力总体得分及优良率有明显提高,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:人际沟通课程开设能显著提高学生的人际交流及沟通能力,值得医学院校借鉴和推广。
Objective： To study the importance and the role of the course of interpersonal communication for medical students. Methods： 289 students were selected as the respondents. A questionnaire named conversation communication skills self-assment was used for the investigation before and after the course of interpersonal communication. Chi-squate （ X2） and t-tests were used to compare the communication skills score and the excellent rate of the scores. Results： The ovexall scores and the excellent rate of the scores have increased dramatically after the courses, which were statistically different. Conclusion： the course of interpersonal communication can significantly improve the students＇ exchange and communication skills, which can be adopted and applied by medical schools.
