摘要 目的:探讨医学生学习人际沟通课程的重要性及效果。方法:以广州医学院从化学院289名学生为研究对象,采用《交谈沟通能力自我评价》量表对学生进行问卷调查,运用检验和t检验比较课程开设前后学生沟通能力得分及优良率。结果:开设人际沟通课程后,学生的沟通能力总体得分及优良率有明显提高,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:人际沟通课程开设能显著提高学生的人际交流及沟通能力,值得医学院校借鉴和推广。 Objective: To study the importance and the role of the course of interpersonal communication for medical students. Methods: 289 students were selected as the respondents. A questionnaire named conversation communication skills self-assment was used for the investigation before and after the course of interpersonal communication. Chi-squate ( X2) and t-tests were used to compare the communication skills score and the excellent rate of the scores. Results: The ovexall scores and the excellent rate of the scores have increased dramatically after the courses, which were statistically different. Conclusion: the course of interpersonal communication can significantly improve the students' exchange and communication skills, which can be adopted and applied by medical schools.
