摘要
医患关系是医疗过程中最重要、最基本的人际关系。医患沟通缺陷是产生医疗纠纷的主要原因。与其他科室相比,儿童重症医学科的临床医患沟通有其特殊之处,需结合实际教学中的问题,通过改革教学模式,训练沟通技巧,培养人文素质,努力提高医学实习生的医患沟通能力。良好的医患沟通能力是医学生成为一名合格医生必不可少的条件。
The doctor-patient relationship is the most important and basic interpersonal relationship in the process of medical treatment. The leading cause of medical disputes is the lack of communication between patients and doctors. The doctor-patient communication in pediatric intensive care unit is different from the other clinical departments. We should combine the teaching practice and strive to improve the doctor-patient communication skills of interns,through the reform of teaching mode, the training of communication skills and the cultivation of humanity quality. Good doctorpatient communication skills is essential for medical students to be qualified doctors.
