摘要
在临床教学工作中,我们要日积月累地培养学生与患者交流的技巧,避免纠纷的发生。在与患者的谈话中,要注意患者的家庭关系,对患者要少责备,适当夸奖,注意控制情绪,严肃认真地谈论病情,适当地向患者普及医学常识,注意非语言的交流方式,这些都是为了学生以后能更好地工作。
In the clinical teaching process, we should train the students the ability to communicate with the patients step by step in order to avoid the medical dispute. In the talking with the patients, doctors should pay attention to the relationship of the patients＂ family, give the patients more praising and less scolding, control the mood, talk about the patients＂ condition seriously, teach the patients some medical knowledge and use the non-language communication properly. All of the work we do today is for better work of the students in the future.
