摘要
利用流体模拟软件Flow-3D,对锌合金盖板压铸件的充型过程进行了模拟仿真。通过模拟,改进了原浇注系统设计方案的不足,有效地防止了锌合金盖板流痕、气泡等缺陷的产生。结果表明,内浇道的设计对金属液的流态及充型顺序起到决定性作用,进而影响铸件质量。计算机模拟能有效地预测压铸件中可能存在的缺陷分布,为工艺方案的评价和改进提供有益的参考。
Filling process of die casting Zn alloy cover plate was visualized by the Flow-3D software.The unrational design of initial gating system was modified by simulation to eliminate effectively flow vent and gas bubble in the Zn alloy cover plate.The results show that flow morphology and filling sequence of liquid metal are closely dependent on the ingate design,which controls the quality of cover plate.Defect distribution possible in the die castings can be predicted effectively by the numerical simulation.
