摘要
基于热室压铸模具的设计原则和生产经验,设计出两种适合薄壁锌合金盖板热室压铸成形的浇注方案。通过对比充型过程中液流的充填顺序、卷气倾向及表面缺陷分布等模拟结果和生产经验,确定采用带缓冲包的锥形切线浇注系统及相应排溢系统,产品试生产效果与模拟结果符合,能有效避免和转移压铸件缺陷。抛光后铸件表面粗糙度和面形精度分别可达到0.113 6、2.916 9μm,表面品质完全满足要求。
According to the design principles of hot chamber die casting die and enterprise experiences,two different schemes of gating system for die casting zinc alloy cover plate were designed.Through comparing the simulated results of filling process,entrapped-gas and surface defect,the optimum gating system with conical structure was designed.The results reveal that the gating-overflow system can eliminate effectively casting defects,which are well in agreement with the simulated ones.Based on the selected ones,the over-flow system was set and verified by CAE simulation to prevent defect distribution.Finally,the surface roughness and the form accuracy reach 0.113 6μm and 2.916 9μm,respectively,by experiment test after polishing.
