摘要
结合生产实践,利用铸造分析软件ProCAST对B+级摇枕的充型流场、凝固温度场等进行模拟,预测缩孔、缩松、裂纹倾向及出现位置。在此基础上分析了实际铸造过程中缩孔、缩松缺陷产生的原因,并根据模拟结果对摇枕铸造工艺进行了优化。
Combined with practice, the filling flow field and Casting analysis the solidification temperature field of B+level swing bolster were simulated with software ProCAST, the tendency to shrinkage, shrinkage and cracks appearing and their position were predicted. On this basis, the reasons causing the casting defects of shrinkage cavity and shrinkage in actual casting process were analyzed, and the casting process for the swing bolster castings was optimized according to the simulation results.
