摘要
以甜荞品种"丰甜1号"为试验材料,研究其不同浓度的根系分泌物对自身的化感作用。结果表明,低浓度的根系分泌物处理能在一定程度上促进"丰甜1号"叶片POD和CAT酶活性、叶绿素含量及根系活力的增加,随处理浓度的进一步增加而显著下降;丙二醛、脯氨酸含量和细胞膜透性随处理浓度的增加而显著增加;DNA的提取量及DNA的增色效应均随处理浓度的增加而显著下降。
Allelopathy on the growth of Fengtian 1 treated with different concentrations of root exudates was explored in this paper. The results showed that POD (peroxide) and CAT (catalase) activities, chlorophyll content and the root activity were increased when ,treated with low concentration of root exudates, while they were de- creased when increasing the concentration of root exudates. MDA (methane dicarboxylic aldehyde), proline con- tent and the membrane permeability were increased with the increase of the concentration of root exudates. However, amount of extracted DNA and hyperchromicity were decreased when increasing the concentration of root exudates.
