摘要
用旋光法测定发酵液中2-酮基-D-葡萄糖酸含量。详细考察了2-酮基-D-葡萄糖酸浓度、试液酸碱性和测试温度对2-酮基-D-葡萄糖酸含量测定结果的影响。结果表明,测试液中2-酮基-D-葡萄糖酸的含量在2.5~5.00g/100 mL,pH在酸性范围内,测定结果较为准确。利用有机化学原理从理论上对相关现象进行了解释。
The 2 - keto - D - gluconic acid (2 - KGA) in fermentation broth was determined by polarimetry. Some fac- tom affecting the determination of 2 - KGA were investigated in detail, such as the concentration of the test solution, the temperature of the test solution and the pH of the test solution. It was found that the test solution content in 2.5-5.00 g 2- KGA per 100 mL , pH in the acidic range, more accurate measurement results could be achieved. The relevant phenomena were discussed accordinz to the relevant nfineinles of organic chemistry.
