摘要
分析文献总量可见,国内学界对医患关系的研究大体可分为两个时期,即开始关注医患关系时期与极关注医患关系时期。后一时期成果数量激增,并呈现出3个特点:较多采用定性方法,具有实践导向,以医学从业者为研究主力。梳理核心期刊所发文章可见,研究内容主要涉及医患关系的属性、医患关系紧张的原因,以及如何构建和谐医患关系等3个问题。既有研究虽取得不少成果,但在主要议题上并未达成广泛共识,且研究视角较为局限、研究方法不尽科学。为此,今后应继续挖掘3大议题,拓展研究领域,引入人文社会科学视角,并不断完善研究方法。
Based on the analysis of literature in total amount, the domestic survey on hospital patient relationship could be roughly divided into two periods, 1980-1999 and 2000-2010. During the latter part, there is a surge in the number of research findings, in which there are three typical features： qualitative method has been widely adopted; most research is practically orientated; the main force of research is made by medical workers. Through the summarization of relevant academic journals, it can be found that three aspects have been mainly involved in those discussions： the attributes of hospital patient relationship, the causes for tensions between doctor and patient, as well as the building of harmonious hospital patient relationship. Despite the fact that various achievements have been made, there still lacks consensus among those studies, and some defects can be found in their field, perspective, or method of research. Thus, the three themes should be probed into further, the contents and objectives of study need enriching, and methods of research should be improved constantly.
