摘要 建立了超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)同时测定果蔬中8种农药(吡虫啉、啶虫脒、多菌灵、嘧霉胺、除虫脲、灭幼脲、辛硫磷、阿维菌素)残留量的的同时检测法,优化了色谱条件。样品经乙腈提取,氨基固相萃取小柱净化,于波长255 nm进行检测。8种农药的加标回收率范围为72.4%~120.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.28%~10.96%,检出限范围为0.01~0.07 mg/kg。本方法准确、快速、重复性好,尤其适于批量样品的多残留快速检测。 A method was developed for the simultaneity determining of 8 kinds of pesticides (Imidacloprid, Acetamiprid, Carbendazin, Pyfimethanil, Diflubenzuron, Chlorbenzuron, Phoxim and Avermectins) in vegetables and fruits by ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). Chromatographic conditions were optimized. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned by passing through LC-NH2 SPE column and then detected at 254 nm. The recoveries were ranged from 72.4% to 120.0% and the relative standard deviations (RSD) ranged from 0.28% to 10.96%. The limit of determination (LOD) was 0.01-0.07 mg/kg. This method is accurate, rapid, and reproducible. It fits for rapid analysis of multi-residue in batch sample especially.
