摘要
建立了同时测定蔬菜和水果中8种农药残留的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。通过乙腈提取,LC-NH2柱净化,C18柱分离,梯度洗脱,检测波长275nm。8种农药在0.2~10.0mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好;检出限在0.01~0.04mg/kg范围;平均加标回收率在80.1%~103.7%范围,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.17%~7.8%范围。方法具有快速、灵敏、准确、重现性较好的特点,适合于日常大批量样品的测定。
A method for the simultaneous determination of eight pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was developed.The sample was extracted by acetonitrile and purified by LC-NH2.HPLC was performed on a C18 column with wavelength at 275 nm using a gradient solvent system.The calibration curves of the eight pesticides showed good linear relationship in the concentration of 0.2~10.0 mg/L.The detection limits ranged from 0.01 to 0.04 mg/kg.The recoveries ranged from 80.1% to 103.7% with the relative standard deviation(RSD) range of 0.17%~7.8%.The method was simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and reproducible for routine analysis.
