摘要
果蔬样品经乙腈提取,ENVI-18小柱净化,采用液相色谱,二极管阵列检测器检测,测定了几种水果蔬菜中吡虫啉农药的残留量。对苹果、梨、香蕉、黄瓜、西红柿、圆白菜进行了添加回收试验,吡虫啉的添加浓度为0.05-3.0mg/kg,其回收率范围84.4%-108.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤7.6%,方法最低检出浓度为0.02-0.05mg/kg,符合农药残留分析要求。方法前处理手段简单快捷,有机溶剂用量少。
A method was developed for determination of imidacloprid residue in fruit and vegetables by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with diode array detector (DAD). Imidacloprid in fruit and vegetable samples were extracted with acetonitrile then cleaned up with the ENVI - 18 cartridge. Imdacloprid was eluted with aceto- nitrile from the cartridge and detected with HPLC. The recovery of imidacolprid was from 84.4 - 108.6% with the RSD less than 7.6% in the spiked matrixes. The threshold of the diction was 0.02 - 0.05 mg/kg.
