摘要
为解决图书馆实时咨询服务受到工作时间和人员限制的问题,在分析国内图书馆智能机器人发展现状的基础上,提出一种基于BotPlatform平台的图书馆MSN咨询机器人的设计方案,详细介绍系统的架构、各功能模块的实现以及在图书馆中的使用情况,并指出下一步改进目标。
To resolve the limit of worktime and staff constraints of libraly real -time reference service,this paper puts forward a de-sign proposal of MSN consulting robot based with the BotPlalform with the anal）sis of tile currenl situation of the development of domes- tic library inlelligent robot ,and gives the detailed description of the system architecture,the realization of functional modules,the service t.ondilion in the library and improvement objectives.
