我国高校图书馆实时咨询在服务内容、服务时间、服务对象及服务主体方面都发生了深刻的变化,图书馆实时咨询服务与网络搜索引擎互动问答服务比较,既有优势,也有劣势,图书馆应树立竞争意识和危机意识,依靠馆藏资源优势和人才优势,立足学校,走向社会,在竞争中寻求实时咨询服务发展的方向。
Great changes have occurred in the library real- time reference, including contents, time, users and reference librarians. In comparison with inquiry platform of search engine, the library real - time reference has both advantages and disadvantages. The university library must develop a sense of competition and crisis, on the basis of talents and collection of resources, seeking a new service direction in the competition.
