摘要
目的观察糖代谢改善对T2DM患者血浆vaspin水平的影响。方法采用ELISA法测定正常人(NGT)及T2DM患者使用预混人胰岛素类似物治疗前后的血浆vaspin水平,分析血浆vaspin水平与BMI、体内脂肪百分比(Fat%)、WHR、血脂、血糖、HbA1c、FFA等的关系。结果 T2DM患者血浆vaspin水平明显高于正常人[(0.69±0.04)μg/L vs(0.54±0.22)μg/L,P<0.01]。T2DM患者经预混人胰岛素类似物(BIAsp50和BIAsp30)治疗16周后FFA、HbA1c、FPG、PPG均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),空腹血浆vaspin水平也明显降低[(0.69±0.04)μg/L vs(0.64±0.39)μg/L,P<0.01]。相关性分析表明T2DM患者血浆vaspin水平与BMI、Fat%和WHR呈明显正相关(r=0.34,P<0.05;r=0.50,P<0.01;r=0.44,P<0.01)。Fat%、WHR是影响T2DM患者血清vaspin水平的独立相关因素。结论预混人胰岛素类似物能有效改善T2DM患者糖代谢,同时降低其血浆vaspin水平。
Objective To observe the effects of improvement in glycometabolism on plasma vaspin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Plasma vaspin levels were measured by an ELISA in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) treated by premixed aspart insulin and in normal controls (NGT). The relationship of plasma vaspin levels with BMI, Fat%, WHR, lipid, blood glucose, HbAlc, and FFA was analyzed. Results The plasma vaspin levels were significantly higher in T2DM patients than in normal controls (0. 69±0. 04 vs 0. 54±0. 22/zg/L, P〈0. 0l). After the treatment with the premixed aspart insulin (BIAsp50 and BIAsp30) for 16 weeks, the FFA, HbA1c, FPG, and PPG in T2DM patients were significantly lower (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01), and the fasting plasma vaspin levels were also significantly lower (0. 69±0. 04 μg/L vs 0. 64±0. 39μg/L, P〈0. 01) than in NGT. The correlation analysis showed that the plasma vaspin levels of T2DM patients were positively correlated with BMI, Fat%, and WHR (r=0. 34,P〈0. 05;r=0. 50, P〈0. 01;r=0. 44,P〈0. 01). Fat% and WHR were the independent correlated factors influencing the plasma vaspin levels of T2DM patients. Conclusion The treatment with premixed aspart insulin can remarkably improve the glycometabolism and decrease the plasma vaspin levels of the T2DM patients.
